How much does Whatnot take per sale?
Whatnot moved from a flat 8% commission to a tiered structure effective September 21, 2026: your commission rate depends on trailing four-week sales volume, with top-volume sellers paying as little as roughly 3%. Two things stack on top: payment processing of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, and a high-value incentive — since January 2026 the portion of any sale above $1,500 carries 0% commission.
